Guideline
Together, we the management, and the staff developed a guideline that enables us to make relevant decisions, and act correctly and in harmony. It consists of seven guiding principles:

› Our workplace should be safe
› Incident reporting and safety inspections are important parts of our safety procedure
› All must comply with applicable safety regulations

› We focus to make our customers satisfied, and to fulfill their expectations
› Only satisfied customers will return
› Everybody has a customer (internal or external) who needs to be satisfied
› Deform associated with high quality, and we are proud of what we together create for our customers
› Customer challenges develop and strengthen us

› We sensitively find out customer expectations and project requirements
› We standardize our working method, and avoid reinventing the wheel. We learn and improve ourselves constantly.
› Orderliness pervades our activities, and we continuously improve our processes to avoid unnecessary expenditure
› We strive to balance our resources well in advance
Respect, learn and help one another
› We listen to and respect one another. Everyone should feel seen, heard and to be treated fairly. All are equal regardless of their background, religion, skin color, sexual orientation or gender.
› We should treat others in the same way that we want to be treated by others.
› We believe in teamwork and help each other. We have different strengths and our insight is that everyone can contribute.
› Everyone has rights but also obligations. We strive to both good leadership and teamwork, and respect established rules and applicable standards.
› Our values are imbued with good morals and ethics. We are proud and upright in our decisions, and do not tolerate corruption or bribery.
