Heavy fabrication is a very important sector in the Scandinavian market. Our unique pressing, straightening, cutting, welding and heat treatment capacities often come to the aid of customers with urgent requirements!
Besides pressing, straightening, cutting, welding and heat treatment, our customers also often require roller bending. Our closeness to the market, our unique and large press capacity in combination with our experience in metallurgy and heavy, plate working make us the natural partner.
We often assist in developing solutions for technical problems. Indeed, after close discussions with customers, it is not at all unusual for us to come up with manufacturing solutions. Our design capacity, speed, closeness and production expertise are important parts of our offerings.
Our strategy is to constantly find new, cutting-edge customers in each market. We also seek out new applications where our special offerings can take the place of and/or improve existing technical solutions. Manufacturer of equipment for mining-, lifting- and construction industry are some examples.
Our special method, the Deform:Method, allows us to hot form quenched and tempered steels. Plates are then quenched and tempered again with the original properties being restored in the shaped product. As a result of this, our customers can make use of three-dimensional shapes that cannot be achieved with cold forming. They can also avoid integrity weakening welds at critical points.
We offer: scanning of complex shapes; production of three-dimensional data sets; tool creation; and, the manufacture and supply of ready-to-use components direct to our customers’ assembly lines. We can also carry out any additional welding of add-on details.
