Deform continuously manufactures spheres and hemispheres in segments for customers all over the world. There are several hundred successful deliveries in our history. We test assemble and / or manufacture to template / dimensions - always with satisfied customers and the highest quality in sight.
We shape cold if possible, warm if required. We press, measure, scribe, cut, grind and handle any spring back. We pickle & passivate on stainless steel and we blast / paint when needed. We secure loads and transport our ready-to-assemble kits around the world - by truck, train, boat or plane - depending on the customer's needs.
