A successful customer project in our business area protection

Top Car armoring Ltd chose Deform AB to develop a very advanced 3D plate as a ballistic cover in a commercial car. The project started, as always, by us together developing new drawings and establishing all requirements for the product.

Then, a 3D printed prototype verified the development and manufacturing of new tools. Hot forming, quenching and tempering according to Deform:Method^TM led to mechanical tests with very good results.

We at Deform are very proud that Top Car armoring Ltd chose us to develop this product and that together we carried out this challenging and very successful project.
