Deform - unique shaped plates for solutions within Heavy Equipment

With the help of our Deform: Method^TM, we hot form high strength quenched & tempered steels, both structural and wear steels in 3D and 2D shapes. Customers get stronger solutions with less weight. Especially important in applications that are load bearing where the payload can be increased, or wear plates, where the service life is crucial.

We also see a clear trend where customers in the earth moving and mine industry want to substitute cast solutions as these are heavy constructions that are also difficult to repair in the field, for example for large bucket lips.
