Deform manufactures a cylinder box for ABL Construction

Together with ABL CE, Deform has developed a new solution for the manufacture of cylinder boxes for tool mounts.

The technology used is hot forming, i.e. the steel is heated and shaped in a customer-unique tool.

Forming replaces the previous conventional method with edge bending and welding.

By manufacturing the cylinder box in one piece, you remove welds, which results in a stronger construction that is also more resistant to fatigue.

Forming gives a repeatable and precise result, which makes the final production easier; simply a better results at a lower total production cost.
