Deform manufactures three-dimensionally shaped parts for pressure vessels

Deform has delivered hemispherical parts to Nakkila, Finland, which has an ongoing installation of a new paper mill storage tank for Södra Cell Värö, Sweden. We 3D-formed the parts into the hemisphere that is the upper part of the storage tank. The tank is now built to full height and final installation is in progress.

We at Deform are specialists in the advanced cold and hot forming of plate material. We have great expertise in metallurgy and form pressure vessel components for demanding customers all around the world.

We also carry out cutting, pressing, heat treatment, plate working, roller bending and any additional welding. We work with quenched and tempered steels, stainless steels including duplex and super duplex, carbon steels, clad steels and even titanium, copper and aluminium.
