Deform restructures and management team become partners

Bengt Skånberg Christensson and Mats Bergsjö restructure the ownership of Deform AB so that 20% of the company is sold to its management team, while Bengt and Mats remain as main owners through retaining 80% of the company.

Ulrika Jonsson became Managing Director (CEO) of Deform from 2016-01-01, while she retains her previous role as Finance Manger (CFO) of the company too.

Bengt became Sales and Marketing Manager from 2016-01-01. This role will be handed over to Arash Khishkar later at the end of 2016. So Arash will become company’s Sales and Marketing Manager from 2017-01-01 and the new management team, as below, will be completely in place. 

A management team with a very long working experience at Deform and in our industry.
