SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF LARGE PRESSURE VESSEL HEADS TO GRONEMEYER & BANCK

Deform have made a very successful delivery of 4 pressure vessel heads, Ø12 meter, during the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017. Our important customer is Gronemeyer & Banck GmbH and the heads are vital components for a power plant in the north of Germany.

Final assembly of our heads and welding are performed at end customer site. Everything has gone according to plan and our cooperation has been excellent. Gronemeyer & Banck are highly satisfied with our quality and the way petals and crown plates fitted together, easy re-assembly means saved time and money for our customer!

The inspections of our head and inspection of documentation left no remarks. We also explained our marking techniques and how to carry out re-assembly to get best possible result at mounting and welding. In total 8 Heavy trucks were needed to carry out the transportation between us and our German customer.
